On the Sixth Anniversary of Hurricane Katrina, A Community Voice is hosting a community event to debut the new book, The Battle of the Ninth Ward by ACORN founder Wade Rathke, which details the behind-the-scenes story of how residents organized against eminent domain and saved their community.
