By virtue of a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE to me directed by the Honorable The Civil District Court of Orleans, in the above entitled cause, I will proceed to sell by public auction, on the ground floor of the Civil District Court Building, 421 Loyola Avenue, in the First District of the City May 12, 2011, at 12:00 o’clock noon, the following described property to wit:
ONE (1) CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all rights, ways, privileges, servitudes and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Fifth District of the City of New Orleans, in Plot W-6, which plot formed a part of original arpent Lots 21 and 22 of the Cazelard Plantation, in that part thereof known as Extension of Kabel Drive, all in accordance with a plan of resubdivision by Adloe Orr, Jr. & Associates, C.E., dated September 29, 1965, revised October 13, 1965, and further revised January 25, 1966, approved by the City Planning Commission on February 4, 1966, registered in COB 676, folio 318; and according to a plan of resubdivision of said Plot W-6 in said extension of Kabel Drive, Cazelard Plantation, made by Adloe Orr, Jr. & Associates, C.E., dated November 19, 1968, revised October, 1969, approved by the City Planning Commission on September 30, 1969, registered in COB 689. Folio 658, said lot is designated as Lot 22-A in Plot W-6, commences at a distance of 437.38 feet from the line diving Plot W-6 from Plot W-5 and measures thence 62.40 feet front on Kabel Drive, same width in the rear, by a depth of 137 feet between equal and parallel lines, and according to survey by J. J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., dated March 18, 1971, recertified May 29, 1973, the above described property has the same location, designation and measurements as hereinabove set forth, and said Plot W-6 is bounded by Kabel Drive, MacArthur Boulevard, General DeGaulle Drive, Berkeley Drive and Holiday Drive.
Writ Amount: $179,375.14
