Criminal justice panel scheduled for Thursday

The Press Club of New Orleans will host a panel discussion on Louisiana’s criminal justice system on November 17 from 6-8 p.m. at Tulane University.

According to the club, the discussion will “examine the components necessary to create and maintain a fair, effective and healthy criminal justice system within the state of Louisiana.”

Panelists will discuss every aspect of the criminal justice system “from the crafting and enforcement of laws to incarceration, rehabilitation, recidivism and reform,” according to the club.
