If anything should personal loans lending criteria let you know that it’s over, it’s the Occupy Wall Street protest that has been going on in New York for the past three weeks and the responses from various sectors to this growing movement.
Thousands of people have jammed the streets to protest the nation’s economic crisis at its real source: The mega-corporations who really run this country. The Occupy Wall Street movement has spawned similar actions in Los Angeles and other cities. Cops have gone wild, arresting over 1,000 protesters at a time.
You’d think something this big and unprecedented would be the lead story in the evening news or make the front pages of your local and national publications. You’d be wrong.
You see, all of the major media in the United States is owned by a handful of big, Wall Street-type corporations and they don’t want you to see Occupy Wall Street because it might give you ideas. So they either white it out what is a secured loan personal loan or minimize it. Only social media and the internet have allowed word of this movement to spread across the globe to the extent that some major has had to recognize it, even if minimally.
But the fact that major, legitimate news can be withheld from you let’s you know that it’s over. The number of people who have the power to decide what you can’t know is too small to make a baseball team. That fact should really signal that it’s definitely over.
What’s over?
The pretense that the United States is, indeed, a democracy or that it has the intention of ever becoming such. More and more, those who rule all levels of this system are revealing their true intent and direction — to make this nation an open, totalitarian oligarchy.
You know that the First Amendment is over when most people are afraid to speak out because they fear/know they cash advance San Francisco CA can be falsely arrested, spied on, fired and otherwise penalized for not going with the program. When you know that your national, state or local government will punish you for speaking freely, then you do not have free speech.
Conservatives aren’t bothered by this trend because they don’t like free speech, unless it’s conservative free speech. That’s why they are trying to remove unflattering truths about U.S. history from school books. Their attacks on National Public Radio and Public Access Television are direct attacks on free speech. Any nation committed to that principle should invest resources to ensure that all people, regardless of income, have the ability to communicate their ideas to the public.
In a perfect world the Occupy Wall Street movement would expose to the average white person the true allegiance of the conservative media commentators. These pseudo-populist servants of Wall Street have spent nearly 30 years claiming to represent the interests of the Little payday loans in aurora mo (white) Man against Big Government. Unfortunately most of the poor and middle-class whites who follow them are too slow to realize that these people actually represent something more sinister than Big Government and that’s Big Business.
No, the big conservative voices will be screaming to the top of their lungs “pay no attention to the man behind the screen,” like the scene in the Wizard of Oz. Their job is to draw attention and blame from the folks who created and pay them. That would be Wall Street.
Next week we examine other evidence that the end is either here or near and the tremendous HOPE that this new season of activism offers for all of humanity. Change has been a long time coming…
…And that’s the Hard Truth!
