Xavier celebrates its 95th Anniversary graduation

Such was the case when Xavier Univ­­er­sity Preparatory School held its 95th Baccalaureate Mass and Graduation Cere­mony last month at Holy Name of Jesus Church. It was, however, a first for Xavier Prep.

The Class of 2011, 50 in number, with a total of $3.2 million in scholarships awarded, has as its valedictorians Misses Megan and Melissa Riley, daughters of Mr. & Mrs. Michael and Deidre Riley.

President of the Student Council and Key Club, she was also a member of the National Honor Society, XUP Ambassadors, Diversity Club, and Captain of the XUP Letter Carrier.
